Order! Sen. Murkomen, I do not know whether you are following the proceedings of the House, but Sen. Obure has risen on a point of order; that the House was relatively peaceful until you came in. He is requesting that if you must consult, do it within the decibels that are allowed in the House, so that all of us can have some relative peace.
