You know you are not supposed to interrupt the Speaker when he is on his feet but I would like us to move on this together so that we understand each other. There is a Motion because the Chairman of the Committee begged to move that the House do agree with the Committee on the said Report. That is what we are dealing with. I proposed the Question that the House do agree with the Committee on the same Report. Then there is the debate on this issue. view
