So, he is totally in order. Sen. Wamatangi, I cannot direct the Chairman on how he will go about his business. However, it is obvious that there are some things that the Committee must do to give an informed statement to this House. To me, that sounds as if it should be directed to the Committee on Finance, Commerce and Budget? That is my immediate thinking about that. view
