• 6 Nov 2014 in Senate: It looks like we have to do so because it would be futile to go to the vote without the requisite threshold. I know we can vote and lose the Bill. I think that is what we should do considering that some Members who were here have walked out in the middle of the voting. As I have always said, voting is either way; you can vote “yes,” “no” or “abstain.” Maybe walking out is a vote. In fairness to the Committee that came up with the Bill, it is imperative to defer the voting to Tuesday, 11th November, 2014 ... view
