Right now we are dealing with only one Bill. We have gone up to the proposal. I have put the question on The National Honours (Amendment) Bill. We cannot be talking about two Bills.

It looks like we have to do so because it would be futile to go to the vote without the requisite threshold. I know we can vote and lose the Bill. I think that is what we should do considering that some Members who were here have walked out in the middle of the voting. As I have always said, voting is either way; you can vote “yes,” “no” or “abstain.” Maybe walking out is a vote. In fairness to the Committee that came up with the Bill, it is imperative to defer the voting to Tuesday, 11th November, 2014 ...
