I do not think he is in order. Before you rise, Sen. Wetangula, I will stand with your right to say what you are saying about the Presidential Address to the end because it is your right to say it. I will stand by and guard that right. But I think it is also your duty to respect other people and use respectful words even as you disagree. Whereas you can disagree and have your own position, I do not believe you have any right at all to use derogatory terms against other people, particularly when you lump people together ...
