I think you are jumping the gun. The question Sen. Wetangula is asking is different from what you are attempting to answer. I am now moving clause by clause. When we come to the amendment we shall raise the issue. If the amendment is moved, it will be debated and the Question put. My understanding is that right now we are dealing with The Statute Law (Miscellaneous Amendments) Bill. The proposals coming from the Committee on National Security and Foreign Relations were those recommended in the Committee on the Bill. So, I do not think there is any conflict or ...
