You cannot. You have sought a statement. You cannot do that. You should be patient. When the answer comes, you can then table whatever you have to lay on the Table. You can even go to the Committee as I have directed and table the evidence that you have so that you come up with a good report.

Not if you want a good answer and not if you want a good statement. Even if the Chairperson was to walk to the Cabinet Secretary’s Office and found him in, getting a comprehensive answer to your question would be very difficult. So, this depends on if you want to get a comprehensive answer or an interim answer.
