Are you taking issue with what I said because that will be a different issue? Sen. (Dr.) Machage, the point I am making is that I am not in any way condoning an act like the one that Sen. Okong’o has talked about. The point I made is that when an act of criminal nature is made against an individual, you cannot vest it upon an institution where that person works or is based because it is specific. If you want to make any comment pertaining to the visiting students and lecturers, make a request the normal way. I have never denied you the chance to do that. You cannot jump the queue by standing and saying that you are on a point of order. Sen. Murkomen, what is your point of order?
