• 15 May 2014 in Senate: I can do that because if you look at the Schedule of the Bill on page 4 that we are dealing with now, the footnote No.1 says clearly: “Based on 2009/2010 audited revenue approved by the National Assembly (Kshs529.3 billion.)” That is the point that I was making. It is not for us. Unless you are disputing the last audited accounts were 2009/2010 Financial Year. That is the figure that we are working on with. view
