The statement was assigned to the Committee on National Security and Foreign Affairs. I do not know if it is ready. It was supposed to be given today. view

The prerogative of mercy has not been exercised to my knowledge, in the last two or three years. So, this is urgent. I would like to have a definite day on which the statement will be issued. view
