  • 26 Feb 2014 in Senate: Sen. Sang, I hope you are not rising on the same point? view
  • 26 Feb 2014 in Senate: Now, this issue must come to a close. When a point of order is raised and particularly a substantive one like this one, I expect it to get a proper answer. So, Sen. Yusuf Haji, you have heard what Sen. Wetangula has had to say and I want to assume that you are satisfied. view
  • 26 Feb 2014 in Senate: Thank you, Sen. Haji. The electronic version of the Senate Hansard Report is for information purposes only. A certified version of this Report can be obtained from the Hansard Editor, Senate. view
  • 26 Feb 2014 in Senate: Sen. Wetangula, I want to bring this matter to rest. So, can you, please, deal with it and if any improper motive has been imputed, could you kindly deal with it? view
  • 26 Feb 2014 in Senate: I am not going to allow unsubstantiated claims to be made. I mean, just because the people have raised issues. I hope you do not force me to invoke the provisions of Standing Order No.92 at the request of a Member. Please, proceed. view
  • 26 Feb 2014 in Senate: Do you want to be informed? view
  • 26 Feb 2014 in Senate: What is out of order, Sen. G.G. Kariuki? view
  • 26 Feb 2014 in Senate: I take it from the body language that Sen. (Prof.) Kithure, you are satisfied. view
  • 26 Feb 2014 in Senate: Sen. G.G. Kariuki, I am with you on that issue but you heard me asking Sen. Haji whether he was satisfied and he did not appear like he wished to pursue that issue any more because Sen. Wetangula had said that he is ready, willing and able to substantiate, but that matter was not pursued. I do not think it is in my place to stress on the issue. Sen. Yusuf Haji quite clearly appeared like he was not willing to pursue the issue. I think I am right, Sen. Haji. view
  • 26 Feb 2014 in Senate: I did not ask you, Sen. Wetangula; I am talking to Sen. (Prof.) Kindiki so that we can proceed with the Business! Thank you, Sen. (Prof.) Kindiki. view
