We are talking about specific sums of money that were raised by Kenyans. Safaricom may have been the medium, but I do not think that this is the opportune moment. view
• 6 Nov 2013 in Senate: Sen. Haji, you have to answer to Sen. Khaniri’s request. I got Sen. Haji, to say, on the very last one, that the assistance by the committee is on a need basis. The person in need would have to ask the committee for assistance after reporting that they suffered in the attack. The committee may not know everybody who needs assistance. Therefore, people need to get in touch with the committee. However, having said that, Sen. Haji, you may need to address the matter that Sen. Khaniri has raised. view
