In the course of the debate on the Motion as originally drawn, it came to the attention of Senators that maybe the Committee had not done a very thorough--- I mean, there were still very many loose ends in the report they gave on this Motion. If I follow the debate correctly, Members brought the amendment so that this matter can be taken back to the Committee so that they can re-investigate and come up with a report which serves the needs of the Members, pursuant to the debate. ... view
