Senators, if you follow keenly the programme we have been using, including the one we used today, you saw that we rose long after 12.30 p.m. The normal rising for the House in the morning is 12.30 p.m. The reason for that is the gazette notice that was issued by the Speaker on 9th September, 2016 talks about the sitting days.
