Hon. Senators, this is again a matter that is affecting counties. So, when the time comes after the Division Bell is rung, we shall vote by counties. I now put the Question that the Schedule as amended be part of the Bill, that Clause 2 as amended be part of the Bill, that the title be part of the Bill and Clause 1 be part of the Bill. Since there is no debate, we will ring the Division Bell for eight minutes and then we proceed to vote.
