Let me start by saying that I am in support of this Motion proposing to consolidate all the bursaries and make sure that we have free, compulsory and accessible primary and secondary education. The CBC as a model of education is also the best thing that happened to this country. We have spent time and many years as a country learning a lot of theory and that is why you find there is very little innovations coming out. For avoidance of doubt, because I do not even want her to substantiate, allow me to inform her that with the clarity of mind that I have no conflict of interest, whatsoever in my previous and current roles.
