  • 1 Apr 2025 in Senate: There is no way Sen. (Dr.) Boni Khalwale can go with that Statement while I sit here. Understanding Order No.105, can he provide evidence that, as a governor who served 10 years, I was drunk with power? There is enough evidence that I was not drunk with power; that is why I am in this House. So, he cannot say governors. Can you name the specific governors who are drunk with power, Sen. (Dr.) Khalwale? view
  • 27 Mar 2025 in Senate: Thank you, Hon. Deputy Speaker, Sir. First, I would like to thank the Committee for doing a thorough job on this matter. I rise to support the work of this Committee, only on three areas. On the County Aggregation and Industrial Parks (CAIPs), where the counties and the national Government are partnering, we have counties which are given money by the national Government to the tune of around Kshs116 million. • 19 Mar 2025 in Senate: Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir. I have one supplementary question, but first, let me thank and congratulate the Cabinet Secretary for Water, Sanitation and Irrigation for the good work he has done. Providing a list of those people who need to be compensated is a phenomenon in this House when you ask a Cabinet Secretary to provide documents. So, this is a good start. My supplementary question to the Cabinet Secretary is related to that as an irrigation project. What happened with the Lower Sabor Irrigation Project in Moiben Sub-County, Uasin Gishu County? view
  • 5 Mar 2025 in Senate: Thank you, Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir. Cabinet Secretary. It looks like there are too many incidents associated with Kenya Wildlife Services officers. We had an incident in Nakuru and Tana River Counties. Your Ministry should probably focus a little bit on the officers. Finally, I request that the Cabinet Secretary visit Marsabit to assess the situation. view
