We are in the Committee of the Whole House, and are considering amendments to the Statute Law (Miscellaneous Amendments) Bill, I would like to refer you to the Order Paper on page 523, Item (i), where we are dealing with the Anti-Corruption and Economic Crimes Act, 2003. I want to draw the attention of the Attorney-General to the fact that the proposed amendments to Section 23(4) were actually deleted yesterday.
