Order, Members! Dr. Oburu, you asked a question and I am trying to answer you, but you are not listening! The amendment has been properly brought before the House. There is no 3956 PARLIAMENTARY DEBATES September 13, 2007 question about that one. It has been brought by the Attorney-General. This amendment properly belongs to the Attorney-General. Order, hon. Members! Please, pay attention! We have to interrupt the business of the House for a while. There is a matter that Mr. Speaker wishes to deal with before we rise this evening. It is to do with the Finance Bill. Therefore, I would kindly request the Attorney-General to move that the Committee do report progress to the House and seek leave to sit again later today!
