The Committee needs to be very innovative in trying to advise the media houses and Telecommunications Companies (TELCOs) on how they can create business opportunities for the youth. For instance, I want to encourage the Committee on ICT to propose or amend the laws so that individual TV station and radio stations can sign a contract with particular musicians.
