The reason why I support the extension of time is solely so that we can fully understand the difference between leasing and owning. Now that the Committee has requested for more time, I would expect them to look at the entire contract so that we can ensure due process of the law in terms of core responsibilities. Sometimes one of the challenges that we face is that when we travelled to Samburu County, we found some medical equipment in boxes.
