Madam Temporary Speaker, I hope that the sponsor of this Bill will look at the HANSARD and amend the composition of the select committee. They should go round and put in elders who have been there, if it is culture. Nowadays, if you want to sell anything, not just in this country but in the world, you just wrap yourself in a Maasai view
