Decisions of the Authority. 13Z. (1) Where the Authority is required to make a decision under this Act, the Authority shall make that decision within sixty days of obtaining all the documents or information required under this Act or hearing all parties, where necessary, in relation to the decision.

(2) Where the Authority fails to make a decision within the period provided under this section (1), an affected party may apply to the Tribunal for the matter to be considered and determined by the Tribunal. (3) The decision of the Authority shall be in writing and shall include the reasons for the decision. (4) A decision of the Authority shall be served upon all relevant parties within seven days of making the decision and may be published in the Gazette as may be prescribed by Regulations.
