• 13 Feb 2019 in Senate: 13Y. The Authority shall establish a national data Centre which shall be used for the storage, analysis, interpretation, and management of petroleum data and information from sedimentary basins and field operations. view

(1) Where the Authority is required to make a decision under this Act, the Authority shall make that decision within sixty days of obtaining all the documents or information required under this Act or hearing all parties, where necessary, in relation to the decision. view
