Thank you, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. I can look at the distinguished Senator at any given time and I will not get confused. However, when he is talking to me and I am really trying to follow through, then it brings in other issues. Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, during a process of compulsory land acquisition, the law provides various steps to be followed. For example, all stakeholders must be involved. When we visited the school, we were lucky to find one person who has been on the board for a very long time - it dates back to when I was a young boy when the school was started - and his memory was clear. He said that there was no way the land could be private because they have been there for long and they know that it is public land. He added that the law provides that various notices have to be published so that they can also lay a claim.
