This is a time when the Government is supposed to spend more money, but not overtax people. All the legislations we are proposing to pass, it will only become good on paper since Cabinet Secretaries will not have the powers to implement them. view

You have teachers who are educated through training and increase their salaries. However, 27 years after, they are still crying because they are yet to receive their increments.
