Sabina Chege for coming up with a legal framework on matters breastfeeding for those who want to breastfeed their children at their work place. This Bill has come at the right time, but, unfortunately, we are almost coming to the end of the 11th Parliament. I wish it could have gone all the way so that it becomes an Act of Parliament.
