15 Jun 2011 in National Assembly:
Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I have answered the Question quite substantively. I have said, specifically, that no such cases have been reported to my Ministry and, therefore, we could not carry out any investigations. I also further said that if there is anything of a criminal nature, it should be looked at by the Ministry of State for Provincial Administration and Internal Security. That is because it could be criminal in nature.

15 Jun 2011 in National Assembly:
Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, what I want to say, and I am sure hon. Mututho is intelligent enough to see this, is that, obviously, this Question was misdirected. It is obviously not a Question for the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister and Ministry of Local Government, and as such my answer was substantive and conclusive to the extent that I said that the matter be referred to the police and action will be taken.
