If you look at the answer, there are some dams which he says are awaiting construction. It is known that those dams have not been designed and surveyed. When are those dams going to be designed and surveyed and yet, the financial year is about to end? view

If we had time, those of us who come from societies with this practice, would have a lot to tell you. As a young girl, I attended all the dancing ceremonies because they looked colourful. • 7 Apr 2011 in National Assembly: Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, could the Assistant Minister confirm whether it is the policy of the Ministry to encourage farmers to buy seed maize from private sellers, instead of buying them from the Kenya Seed Company? He is telling them to buy seeds from private firms, yet the Kenya Seed Company should produce enough seeds for the country. That is their role. It should even produce seeds for export. view
