I have looked at it. The Committee has done a job, but it is not a job well done. Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA) tax issues are very serious. If, indeed, there is somebody who has not paid tax, I expect this Committee to summon KRA officers and confirm whether or not there is money outstanding by this company which was never collected, and if it was not collected whether it was written ... view

If there was no confirmation from KRA; KRA is actually up to date in terms of technology. It is wrong for us to stand in this House and condemn somebody that they cannot get a job on the allegations of somebody who has no interest. So, the issue of taxation and arrears, since it is not in the Report, as far as I am concerned and as Members of this House who have been elected, we should not dare talk about it.
