Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, I was just winding up. I was in the process of saying that the money allocated to infrastructure was very encouraging. But we need to re-look at the priorities that have been given. I want to use a simple example that last year, we were all encouraged by the allocation to the roads. But the distribution of the same funds to cover roads in various regions is what was not understood finally. For example, in the case of Eldoret, we have no road leading to Eldoret Town.
