Before I put the question, I think the interest is high. I had seen Mr. Michuki and Mr. Okemo who is the initiator of the Report. Let us listen to two or so hon. Members and then we go to the vote. I think it is important for us to understand the amendment.

Mr. Kiunjuri, I hope you are raising a genuine point of order. What we are trying to get is information. I gave ten minutes to the Mover and ten minutes to the Seconder of the Motion. We must be fair to the Chairman of the Committee by allowing him to utilise his ten minutes. So, unless yours is truly a point of order, I would want us to dispose of this amendment.
