That is the only reason why I thought Mr. Githae was right when he said that he should be brief because we have received the Report. view

At that stage, Mr. Kimunya, will have an opportunity to crush everything that you do not like in the Report. All other hon. Members will also have an opportunity to do what they must do with the Report. That is why we debate reports. We debate them so that we accept or reject them. So, we are here for that purpose. view
