  • 29 Oct 2008 in National Assembly: The Deputy Prime and Minister for Local Government is not here! view
  • 29 Oct 2008 in National Assembly: Could you allow the Minister to respond to the first point of order? The Leader of Government Business, why do we not have Ministers in the House today? Maybe you should address this because we are calling out these Questions for the second time! view
  • 29 Oct 2008 in National Assembly: Leader of Government Business, could you give us an assurance? view
  • 29 Oct 2008 in National Assembly: Thank you! I think we have disposed of that issue! Before we go to the next Question, I want to mention that, last week, we had an even worse situation because even the Leader of Government Business was not here! Hon. Member's really felt that Ministers are taking them for a ride. They have raised the issue again today. • 29 Oct 2008 in National Assembly: Mr. Ethuro, I think the Leader of Government Business asked for two Questions to be deferred to tomorrow when the Ministers will be present. We are not going to compel the Government side to answer Questions when Ministers are supposed to be in Nairobi. Should it be that they have missed because of traffic jam, as we are being told, let us see them come tomorrow to answer the Questions! view
  • 29 Oct 2008 in National Assembly: Mr. C. Kilonzo, the Minister does not have an answer. I think you should be satisfied with that. If the answer is not here, and you are interested in it, let us wait. view
  • 29 Oct 2008 in National Assembly: Could you ask your question? view
  • 29 Oct 2008 in National Assembly: Your question is clear. Hon. Minister! view
