• 7 May 2008 in National Assembly: I am sure there are many sources of funds that the Government can source from including the European Development Fund (EDF) which I hear we are going into the tenth batch. I think the Ministry of Finance should look into that because those are talking of 2 per cent to 3 per cent interest rates. Those are the kinds of monies that our farmers require.
