Would it not be a good practice to advertise them in order to give Kenyans time to participate and offer an opportunity to make it more democratic and transparent, so that even when a person is picked Kenyans are satisfied? In that Statement, I would be glad if the Minister could include what measures he is taking to ensure the security of people of Kajiji and the entire Mwea and also Kirinyaga County. view
