Since 2003 the Government has done its October 30, 2008 PARLIAMENTARY DEBATES 3169 best to complete stalled projects and also to take stock of the stalled projects. The hon. Member may wish to agree that a lot has been accomplished. However, regrettably, this project was not captured.
