I had specifically asked the Minister to table the qualifications of all the people who were called for interview, because his answer was that the women were not qualified. But allow me, so that the Minister and the Committee may be guided accordingly, to table before the House the qualifications of Jacinta Waithera, one of the applicants from Molo District, who has an aggregate of C Minus, which was the qualification. There is also Mary Nyangweso Ontwera who has Division III. The requirement was either Division III or C Minus. The third candidate is Josephine Nduta Wanyoike who also has Division III.
