It hurts to see the Government that is tasked with taking care of her citizens being negligent. Even though wildlife is important, when one life of a person is lost, it cannot be recovered. It is demoralizing to see the Government concentrating on wildlife, yet human beings are losing their lives. They include establishment of nationwide centres and satellite clinics for Sickle Cell Disease and other blood disorders in the county, sub-county and ward levels as stated in the Motion. This will minimise effects of Sickle Cell Disease and other blood disorders on affected persons so that they lead normal and healthy lives. view
