This is a very important Motion because water will be taken to our schools. I know many people will also benefit in many communities. Many of our schools did not have power but nowadays there is electricity in all primary schools. Children enjoy power in school. On electricity, for example, we know that the Jubilee Government has tried to supply electricity and, at least, it has reached to the ordinary mwananchi . But there is a big problem of affording the cost of dropping the line to the house. Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, there are so many products which many people cannot afford right now. If we can consider this amendment Bill, we will assist the ordinary mwananchi . view
