  • 9 Nov 2022 in Senate: Kithure Kindiki, was being hounded out of Office. In his submission, he said that the injustice that was happening that day, could happen to another person tomorrow. I am proud this afternoon that many colleagues and I from this side of the coalition, have always supported the course of Sen. Omogeni. I believe that it will be him today and then it will another person tomorrow. I reminded him that unfortunately, on 22nd May, 2020 he voted with a lot of impunity to hound the good man, Sen. (Prof) Kindiki, out of Office. When I saw injustice happening to him, ... view
  • 9 Nov 2022 in Senate: We had not even formed Committees. However, I looked into his eyes and his shiny bald head and I saw a senior and competent person, who can make a good Commissioner. Mr. Speaker, Sir, if you read the mood of the House, you realise that we are satisfied with what is happening. As I wind up, the nominees have a lot of responsibility on their shoulders, especially Sen. Omogeni. It is because we have snatched him from the jaws of a crocodile. He should always remember this day, that we worked to have him serve in PSC. We have no ... view

  • 8 Nov 2022 in Senate: Kwanza, naunga mkono Hoja ambayo imeletwa na Seneta wa Kakamega, Sen. (Dr.) Khalwale. Nikiangalia kwa makini, waheshimiwa wote watano kutoka pande zote mbili wana tajiriba. Wa kwanza kwenye orodha ni Sen. (Prof.) Kamar ambaye alihudumu kama Mbunge, Seneta, Naibu wa Spika, Waziri wa Elimu ya Juu na Naibu wa Waziri wa Mazingira. Kwa hivyo ana tajiriba ya juu sana. Kwa hivyo, ana tajiriba ya juu sana. Kulingana na mafunzo tuliyopata ... view
  • 26 Oct 2022 in Senate: Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I am grateful that you have given me an opportunity to speak on this big day because it is not every day that a Senator is appointed to be a CS. I wish the Senator for Elgeyo-Marakwet all the best as he takes on the new duties. Sen. Murkomen and Sen. Cheruiyot contributed to my being here. I do not want to underscore that. When somebody was almost convincing our party leader that it was not necessary to conduct party primaries in my county because the guy I was running against was so popular, Sen. Murkomen ... view

He promised them to construct the road from Ndunyu Njeru to Ihithe, which connects Nyandarua and the county where his wife comes from. So, he owes his in-laws. view
  • 26 Oct 2022 in Senate: Thank you, Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir. First and foremost, I am very impressed by the way you have been conducting this session. I first congratulate Sen. I am very privileged to serve as the Chairman of a Committee that will directly deal with the Ministry that she is going to serve in.
