I know that there is one by a private Member that was supposed to come which is supposed to consolidate these initiatives and work the same way as the National Government-Constituencies Development Fund (NG-CDF) Act. Over the years, we have seen where the challenges are. We have streamlined it. NG-CDF is actually one of the frameworks of development now. It is not even one. My only concern which I shared with the other Members is the latitude of the financial amount that we are giving. We are bringing in everybody. The other concern is that we will provide this Fund but sometimes, as we have known in the other frameworks, the people whom we need to reach are not reached. This is because most of them do not even know that they need to register at that level in order for them to access the facilities. So, we must ... view
