However, in terms of whether the name should be brought to Parliament, this might be a subject of a different discussion. I do not know whether it would qualify as a constitutional commission. Then further, to re-number the existing sub-clause as (i) and to insert a new sub-clause immediately and re-number it as (ii) which provides that when appointing the staff of the office under sub-clause (i), the Data Commissioner shall ensure that there is regional and gender balance. view

Even as I drop the amendment, I want to say for clarity that if you look at all the other pieces of legislation, even though the provision to give jobs to the youth, gender and persons living with disabilities is in the Constitution, we normally provide it in the main law.
