What the Leader of the Majority Party is moving to amend is Clause 15 at Page 854, it states as follows: “After the approval of the project and financial risk assessment report under Section 56, the contracting authority shall execute the contract awarded to that bidder.” That is Section 56 of the parent Act. So, I want to understand the Section 56 that the Leader of the Majority Party is talking about. Where do I go to? I go to the amendment Bill. With regard to the amendment Bill, please, look at the memorandum. view
