Millie first thought about becoming Mbita MP at age 13. The graduate of University of Nairobi School of Law has worked as a lawyer and women and children rights activist. Millie has received the YWCA Democracy Award and the Eve woman of the year for human rights and gender. Her political tipping point came when she served as a delegate at the Bomas of Kenya, during the constitutional drafting process. So, I just wanted to know if you are going with what is on the Order Paper or what is on the Bill. If that be the case, you notice that it is deleting paragraph (b), a new one in the Bill.
