I can see it is very futuristic because it looks at an ideal society where we have very few poor people, an effective Government which is properly structured and functional and in that futurist society there will be no need for fundraisers. view

I am sure the Member who represents the county of Homa Bay, Hon. Gladys will tell you the same. We have a very high mortality rate.
