Mr. Speaker, Sir, could the Assistant Minister consider re-working the criteria that they are using because based on the criteria that is provided, you may exclude some needy areas like Mbita because I know most schools in Mbita do not receive sanitary towels yet a lot of girls drop out of school as a consequence of lack of access to sanitary towels.

Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, I stand guided by your ruling, but I just want to indicate that if you actually note when this Bill came for Second Reading, it is several months ago. So, anybody who was interested in bringing any amendments had all the ample time. This is a Private Member’s Bill and I do not think it is in order for the Government side to delay me. They had all the time to bring amendments. As the Mover, I am ready to proceed. I do not see why I should be precluded because of the Government’s dalliance.

Thank you, Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir. Given the fact that human-wildlife conflict is very common because we have a case that comes to this House almost every week, and every time we ask the Minister he says that he will bring a Bill that will regularize how compensation is made; having heard this story since we came to this Parliament, when will this Bill be brought before this House?
