  • 23 Aug 2012 in National Assembly: Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, we have substantially agreed with the Minister on the one for the Local Government. We just need to change it so that it reads, “for the time being related to matters of devolved government.” This is instead of saying “Local Government”. view

  • 23 Aug 2012 in National Assembly: Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, my request is that given--- I know many Members, because of the time span that we are moving, I had even raised it earlier with the substantive Speaker; is it possible that some of these proposed amendments be run even as we are dealing with these? This is because I have several other amendments which because of the deadline, they were not put on the Order Paper. Is it possible that they be run as we are moving on so that hon. Members can also follow what we are doing? view
