Mr. Speaker, Sir, I would like to request that when they are consulting with the Attorney-General, he should address the broader issues where you have laws that very clearly conflict with the Constitution. Issues keep on coming here and all the Ministers keep on responding by saying that it is provided for by law, which is inferior to the Constitution. Could the Attorney-General give that advice broadly to cover all Ministries, so that we do not have Ministers bringing answers here which are archaic?

Regulations are very simple things. Could he give us two weeks?

Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir. Before I ask my Question, I seek your direction and guidance. In the answer that the Minister has given me, he is indicating that part of his answer is still awaiting the hon. Attorney-General’s advice. So, I do not know whether it will be in order for him to be responding to me on matters that he is not seized of because he is still awaiting the Attorney-General’s advice on the rules and regulations in relation to child labour. Could I get an indication whether I could get a more comprehensive answer once he gets ...
