I have personally been seeing the police giving misleading information about a case which happened to me. This is the same thing we are doing in relation to the drugs case. Mbuvi, he said that they had asked him severally to report to the police but he did not do so. I am giving my example. The Police Commissioner is saying that I have been told severally to report to the police, but I have not done so. I have reported to Mbita Police Station, OP No.14 of February 2011.
