In Subclause 12 (2) by adding the words “in consultation with the Prime Minister” after the words “The President” and before the words “may select a nominee from a list provided”. view

In other parts in the Bill, we have said “President in consultation” and in others, we have said “President” alone. So, for uniformity and in line with the National Accord, can we, please, have “President, in consultation with the Prime Minister”? view
